FAQ for Gun Calendar Raffle:

How many entries can I buy?
You may purchase as many calendars as you wish. Each one secures you an entry into each of the 52 drawings we will do in 2025.

When will I get my calendar?
We will be shipping out all preordered calendars in November. If you place your order after that, please allow 2 weeks for calendar delivery. Important to note that your entry will not be affected by you receiving the calendar. You will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK Folders

How many calendars will be sold?
We are not limiting the amount of tickets sold. Our average raffle usually has about 500 entries.

When is the ticket purchase deadline?
There is not a purchase deadline. These will be available even during the calendar year of 2025.

When will winners be announced?

Winners will be drawn each Friday and contacted every week during 2025.

How will winners be notified?
The winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact info provided when purchasing the calendar.

Can I win more than one prize?
Yes. Every calendar purchased secures you an entry into all 52 weekly drawings. You can win multiple drawings and previous winnings do not affect your chances for any subsequent drawings.

How do I claim my prize(s)?
Once the winning numbers have been drawn, NDA staff will contact each winner. You must submit a completed FFL form and successfully pass a firearms background check to receive your firearm.

Sweepstakes/Raffle Eligibility and Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, DONATION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The Sweepstakes/raffle is open only to the following individuals (each, an “Eligible Participant”):

The Sweepstakes/Raffle is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 (except 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) years of age as of the date of entry or of legal age of majority All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Any participation by any ineligible person(s) will be void.

The Sweepstakes/Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All the directors, officers, employees and agents of Sponsor, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, website administrators, advertising and Contest agencies, and any immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes/raffle.

All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for reviewing specific restrictions on sweepstakes entry and/or eligibility to receive a sweepstakes/raffle prize in their country of residence. Some countries may allow you to enter a sweepstakes/raffle but not allow you to receive a prize.

Winners may be required to show proof of being the credit card holder or authorized account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the Potential Winner(s) will be disqualified.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT TAXES: All winners must complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to taking possession of or acquiring a Prize. NDA will issue a 1099-Misc for Prizes equal to the fair market value of the Prize on the date the winner was selected (or cash value where cash is selected as a Prize, as specified below), to the extent required by applicable law. Each winner is responsible for any payment of all local, state and federal taxes resulting from the income or use attributable to the receipt of any Prize and should consult his or her professional tax advisors regarding the Prize awarded.  The NDA will not provide tax advice to any winner of the sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING: Sponsor or designee will conduct a random drawing, and will award the prize(s), on the drawing date listed from all eligible entries received for each drawing to determine the Winner(s) (“Potential Winners”).

Entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor, and Potential Winners are not final Winners and will not receive a prize until their eligibility has been verified by the NDA. Odds of winning any drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. NDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all suspect entries.

PRIZES: The prize(s) are described on the Campaign Page and in any special Campaign rules, including the approximate retail value for the prize(s). If a Winner declines a prize for any reason, the Winner will not receive any substitution or reimbursement of the prize or portion thereof. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of each Winner. The prizes are provided as-is with no guarantee. All warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose, are hereby disclaimed by the released parties.

VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within one (1) business day after being selected in a drawing by the National Deer Association. Potential Winners are not Winners of any prize until their eligibility has been verified and they have received notice from NDA that they have won a prize, even if any information on the website on any other location indicates that an entrant has won.

Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted within one (1) week after NDA attempts notification, is ineligible to win a prize, fails to return any and all requested documentation within the time stated on the notification (whether or not Potential Winner actually receives that notification), refuses the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, then the Potential Winner forfeits the prize in its entirety. If a Potential Winner forfeits a prize, NDA will select a substitute Potential Winner by random drawing of the remaining eligible entries.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, a privacy violation that may arise out of your
participation in the Sweepstakes, or your receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES/RAFFLE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, NDA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and prize fulfillment. You are also granting NDA and its sponsors and partners consent to send you promotional emails. Your choice to consent to such emails or to opt out of such emails in future does not impact your chances of winning.
