Join the National Deer Association (NDA) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYDEC) on Tuesday, October 29th for “Choosing Non-Lead Ammo to Protect Wildlife,” an online webinar that explores the benefits of non-lead ammunition on New York’s wildlife populations as well as a new NYDEC financial incentive program for New York deer hunters willing to give it a try.
There has been a lot of discussion on the issue of lead in hunting ammunition over the past few years. What is the truth when it comes to non-lead? Is copper a realistic alternative? Learn more about non-lead ammunition and its impact on wildlife, ask questions, and learn more about what’s happening in New York State.
