2023 Seminar Series  – Event 1 of 3

The Upper Genesee River NDA branch seminar series is back for 2023!

This year we’re hosting 3 educational events focused on topics tailored to all things deer, hunting, habitat, and conservation.

Each event starting on February 23rd will last about 2 hours and cover 2-3 topics in detail by industry professionals and subject matter experts with Q&A periods to follow.

Our first seminar of the series will cover details on what options we have to obtain extra doe tags to better manage our properties, presented by DEC Region 9 Biologist, Ryan Rockefeller.  The second topic of the evening will cover all the current NY firearm laws and help us understand the confusing details included in the recent changes as well as what’s to be expected in the future, presented by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.

Topics for each subsequent event will be released at the end of the prior event and future e-blasts will also be sent. Just like last year, there will be a progressive giveaway exclusive to attendees that will run the duration of all events.  Each time you attend a seminar the number of tickets you receive increases.  There will also be some door prizes and small raffles at each event.  A cash bar will be available and finger food will be provided.

Admission is free for all current NDA members.  Annual memberships are available at the door for $35.
