SOYBEAN Seed Sale is going on now!

The West Central Branch of the National Deer Association (NDA) is pleased to offer soybean seed through the NDA’s Conservation Seed Program. The goal is to help get viable deeply discounted seed planted across the landscape to benefit whitetails and other wildlife species.

50-lb bags Pioneer 57 Blend.  1400 seed count per bag. Glyphosate (Round-up) resistant to allow for spraying to control weeds. Germination was tested at 60% so each bag will plant approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of an acre of beans. Planting by early parts of June for max late season yield. For a palatable summer food source planting can be later.

Cost is $35 per bag (approximately 60+% discount compared to typically equivalent seed).

Soybeans are an extremely palatable, high protein, summer food source or a great high energy late season food source once mature. They are great to support increasing weights and antler growth within your local deer population. Soybeans are also nitrogen fixing, so they make a great cover crop to build up soil nutrients of rotated ag fields or your food plots.

Get your food plots started. Contact JD Walker at (724) 301 – 1653 or purchase seed Below.
